i do not have inside info on tmc.
what i do have is a very close circle of rather large p.i's as contacts, some of whom are city based. between us we have geologists, broker/analysts, accountants and ex oil sector directors who gladly share info.
as far as i know the buying is going on but in very small chunks no greater than 10k at a time as they seem nervous about the sp running away if they go for 100k in one go. look at the rise on monday!
these guys are very astute and are or have been very big holders (individually)in uen, vog,sbe, iec, sorl and een.
the vog stakes were built up when everyone was selling last summer, look at the performance since. they are all very well versed on the dyor element of investing and are not likely to bail out if a price drops unless its a fundamental change in the company outlook.
fwiw we met monday night in london to discuss a particular stock, and the following day a further £100k was invested through us and others we know.
tmc will see greater pi's coming in as and when the next leg starts imho.
as for me i usually take £25-50k of stock in any one share but sometimes break that rule. i broke it on vog as they were driven down unjustifiably, i most recently have more than broke it on een as the rerating will imho see us at around the £5.40p mark by april. and i will be breaking it here with tmc, however i will take my time here and add on dips.
