Toledo - Cashflow from the world's 3rd largest Nickel Resource

without knowing anything about mining, could anyone tell me how far tmc have got with the infrastructure for getting the material out of the ground transporting it to the terminal and loading onto the bulk carriers. My assumptions are a lot of heavy machinery is required along with expertise to retrieve the raw materials, Is the machinery costed in and on site, if not is it available locally. (is it open cast mining). I appreciate the road should be finished, but do tmc have to build a loading facility at the port as well as at the mine. Assuming the port can handle the bulk carrier and no dredging is required, how far along are the shipping contracts as this must be arranged well before due. If anyone could answer my ramblings it would be greatly appreciated.
