I hear you loud and clear. However, in the context of my post I was clearly talking about finality in terms of whether mining takes place ,or, not; nothing more 'final' than that: whether it be by an endorsement, permit, or, rubber stamp! Without which, any MPSA (final or, otherwise), will be worthless. Hence, without the 'endorsement', whatever the prices of commodities, they will have no bearing on nickel in the ground that cannot be mined. To cut to the chase, lets hope that in the near future we get whatever it is that will seriously move the sp upwards. Be lucky.
