TO SELLOUT or not to sellout or better still SWAP

As far as BLM are concerned, nothing has changed regarding Epo's suggested possible take-over in their 20th Dec statement, to which, BLM in response, claimed it has had no approach from EPO, nor does it have any details of the proposed offer.
That same day BLM stated it intended, on the following day, to seek an order from the High Court that EPO provide further information 'previously requested' regardind its claim.
This info was received today in a document from BLM - reiterating the state of play. No doubt the doc. was issued on the advice of their new advisers'.
