TO SELLOUT or not to sellout or better still SWAP

Simon... it's certainly a bizarre situation! If you don't mind me asking, what's your view on EPO's suggestion that the person/s behind the 28m bear position may have an interest in the outcome of the litigation? Also, would this person/s have to inform the market when trying to close their position since we are now in a potential (however unlikely) offer scenario? I'd very much like to know who is/was behind the short, and there are good grounds for thinking that it may be Acquisitor. If so, wouldn't earthport have them by the short and curlies?
