Have you read or been passed a copy of the particulars of EPO v BLM claim, if not i suggest try and get yourself a copy, then lets talk.

I suggest EPO have more pressing matters to get on with before getting wrapped up in further litigation with BLM, interestingly no further news on a possible offer for BLM, although to be fair EPO CEO did confirm there was no certainity a bid would follow, i'm sure BLM like most of us would prefer to see y/e results before commenting further anyway
