Apparently, EPO has done a deal with Global Invoice Corp, company number 4475394. This company has, I am told, very limited resources and is unlikely to constitute EPO's salvation

I can confirm having spoken to Alistair Binnie whom i had an interesting conversation with regarding upfront payment and revenue forecasts yr2 onwards, shortly afterwards he confirmed to i think DVArcher or maybe Tradx he was prevented from commenting further except EPO CEO was by his side, on another occasion it was mentioned EPO were in the closed period , what happens next we have EPO CEO doing an interview with shares magazine about Global Invoice Deal which is worth reading, of course this happened after i published GIC financial health or lack of it ( latest accounts taken from companies house )
EPO must release their results for y/e 30 June 2004 by friday 31 Dec, ( LSE closes 12.30pm )otherwise shares will be suspended, i'm sure BLM will monitor newswires closely between now & friday lunchtime.
