hi. just watched a piece on the london news about a titanium dioxide pavement being laid in central london. apparently it helps cut down traffic pollution and has already proved a success in milan and ?. a quick search on uk-wire under titanium turned up this co, which i didn't know existed! and the first name i see is raymond boulle who, if im not mistaken, was involved in the early days of adastra minerals (formerly american minerals) which is a favourite drc cobolt/copper play of mine. doesn't mr boulle have an interesting past?
