Heritam, gaving got the jollies out of the way, put your ACA shares in a file somewhere and forget them. That way you won't spoil 2004.
Basically, 90% of ACA is owned by a company called Denby in return for taking over all ACA debts. So we have 10% of what's left. The "what's left" is a 10% stake in Tethys who took over all the bits of remaining licence and assets in Kazakhstan.
The 200,000 shares you own have been divided into deferred shares of 4.99p etc nominal value (but in reality, worthless) and interim ordinary shares of 0.0001p (basically worthless). ie your shares are worth less than toilet paper.
If you are an eternal optimist, like John Size, Tethys could create some sort of cash flow which could pay for some exploration which could strike gas or oil and we could receive something in return. But to get anything worthwhile, we would need to find oil like never before.
It's easier to put them in a file and forget them and get on with living.
