TIME FOR ACTION
JRSIZE - Sat, 20 Dec 03 :
Dear Bradwell,
As I have explained to a fool like you before it was Steves research that connected Mr Smith ,who is connected to JAVL to Denby so it is not for me to make any referenced proofs. As for the connection between Denby and Jav. being likely only a FOOL like you would sell a novated £7.9 million pound debt for £1.00 to Mr. Helvert without a reason, but I can assure you Jav would not hence for £1.00 the novated £7.9 million debt between JAV and ACA passed to Mr. Charles Helvert and then Denby, who Steves researches connects to Mr. Gerald Smith, and then Denby pays approx. £150,000.00 for the £7.9 NOVATED debt and they in turn as creditors translate the debt into approx. 89% to 92% of the ACA share base on which the initial loan was secured.
I do hope that you have enough I. Q. left to understand what I am posting, but some how in your present emotionional state of mind on this subject etc.I doubt it.
Once again for your stupid memory, a novated debt is a debt that is just a substitution between the same original parties of a new obligation in place of an old obligation. Now do you think that your thick head take in this concept?
I do think that your superiors should check your mental powers out when it comes to your job which has peoples lives in your hands, because you seem to not be able to take in simple sets of events.
But I will keep on posting this simple set of facts until your stupid mind can accept them there is no proven rat in this set of events which was telegraphed to us years ago when JAV wanted to lessen their ACA financial involvement, just misspent monies used in gas and oil exploration, only a fool like you and a few others would think that every well is a discovery well, especially when the two wells where not apparently dug deep enough. It is just the case,as I see it and the accounts show it where a set of people loaned ACA certain monies from day one hoping to hit it big as did the investors,me included, and now that ACA is a virtually solvent for once financial shell they are making an attempt to capitalise on some of their investments even if they are using a different name ,according to Steve's research.
I would be happy if next time you play the fool that you pick another ACA subject as I do get tired of explaining to a FOOL like yourself what I am sure is obvious to many people on this baord by now if they know well enough the financial history of ACA and how it was funded from virtually day one.
Also I think Alexia overstates how much you know about ACA if the last few postings of yours are any example of your ACA knowledge.
