not sure if anything has changed due to no announcment today
There was a massive rummour to an announcment today, likewise the 22nd has been mentioned re reports required by, etc from various aspect's within YC.
Again Thus are reportidly trying to get a good deal re buyng YC, i don't belive this one from the info i have been told, the info i was given would indicated its a done deal but i ain't no city expert (info recieved could be part of a due diligence type process).
One thing i did hear a while ago was Thus buy YC for a 50% or something like it stake in the new Thus.
Everything to me sounds like a done deal with YC but an 11th hour issue could happen.
Nothing tommorow would indicate no deal im my eye's but then i've been told all done by the new financial year is the reason to a deal this side of christmas.
as per Harrycash Thus might be looking at bigger players and/or YC for me the only way foreward is bigger and a lot bigger
