VW - it just makes more sense for them to integrate Tele2 & Onetel with their existing Talk Talk base.
They have already stated that they will rebrand them under Talk Talk anyway.

It seems amazing to me how, in the current spate of Telco deals, none of the real value is being attributed to infrastructure.
NTL & Virgin Mob, is all about branding and Virgin don’t even own their network! Now Onetel has gone for £154m – again no network!
If it wasnt for the real Networks, there would be no virtual Networks!
So THUS are looking to scoop up a load more 21c infrastructure & business class customers, for just over half the amount that CWH are paying for 2 loss making virtual operations.
The emphasis will have to shift back to infrastructure at some point.
