obviously the Tele2 news is not being received very well in the market, even though this is low margin stuff its still the loss of a significant customer to Thus and given the questions on BSB you have to be concerned on the revenue numbers going forward; Thus made it clear earlier this year that the Tele2 deal was 'ringfenced' in respect of a contract and they would be compensated if Tele2 pulled away from Thus, which they have done by selling to CW; my concern is that by selling the business to CW they have in some way avoided the 'ringfenced' issue, CW obviously intend to shift the present Tele2 'traffic' off both Thus and C&W networks, the point is from when and what compensation will be due??
hopefully the Scotsman story on YC and Thus is correct, without such positive news we can look to Thus's SP staying sub 15p for some time; my fear is that even with any good news Thus's SP will move little, they remain pretty unloved by most analysts and until they prove any deal will work could remain 'pressured'.
