"The above figure includes the previously issued number of Ordinary Shares
relating to the acquisition of XN Checkout Holdings plc in August 2005 and of
Anker plc in September 2005, and the exercise of options in November 2006, all of which were announced at the appropriate time, but for which listing applications were not made due to a clerical error.

Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading, the number of
shares recorded as having been admitted to trading on AIM will match the number of shares the company and its registrars have on record as currently in issue (which has not changed)."

Nothing disasterous just a clerical error ???
