From 7th when the RNS re Chris Moore announced his option deal for 6,809,000 shares there have been:-
29,535,415 trades up to 13th December yesterday
18,890,000 trades is what I would have expected on my average
10,635,415 additional trades or some 5,300,000 extra shares changing hands.
Add in today’s trading and you could make an assumption that Chris Moore has sold the shares he has bought for 1p at roughly 50p. He may even have the receipts from the sale before he has to pay for them.
This is not an exact science just merely an assumption which may be or may not be confirmed (he is not a director or an institution so I am not sure of this) by an RNS.
