In my opinion best result for shareholders would be victory for Laxey as they aren't going to give up as they have built up too big a stake and would just come back for another bite at the cherry at a later date. This continued situation would just deter possible suitors and investers which in turn will continue to deflate the share price. Laxey are in it for the assests and while victory would benefit the shareholders in the short term once the feathers have been plucked will many wait around in the hope that the goose can still lay the golden egg????
