This company had high hopes at the start of this year.

It was profit making with a pipeline of exciting new products. The existing
business appeared to be settling down nicely and the management were
experienced and seemed strong.

However, the first cracks started to appear in September when it was
announced that sales of Ebiox would be delayed in the U.S until 2006.

This was followed by a devastating profit warning which announced that the
company would be unlikely to make a profit this year.

Where has it all gone wrong?

And are the management up to turning this around?
