The Results, and Titan's Return

I am in support with you. I feel MM and his close associates, possibly some originally on MBD board could well have acted illegally. MM was chairman then director, only resigning in Nov. More than likely he would have been arranging things for his new company Titan, before leaving Monotub and therefore was not acting in MBDs best interest,consequently he would have been abusing his director privilege, which would give a case for investigation.
It would be very interesting to find out what the other MBDs directors involvement has been.
Note they all, I believe resigned, with their contracts terminating 30.11.02.
Has anyone done checks as to Titan Products Ltd and its other directors?
