Suggest three views on this based on a view that a deal has already been agreed with a 3rd party (if not formally):
1) 3rd party thinks machine good but does not want to develop yet as this will impact its current production (say sees it coming out in 5 years plus)
2) 3rd party wants to make machine now
3) 3 party wants to bury machine becasue it has one very similar
Maybe someone knows which is correct or if there is another reason. 1) and 2) could bring back rewards to MBD holders but 3 ugh. Whatever (and may be other possibilites), MM will for sure get some sort of finacial reward for starting Titan Ltd. Interesting how this plays out unless of course you have a significant hit. Overall IMO its impossible to say if this is a good or not for shareholders as complete lack of any real info apart from the company arrangements. I also beleive that formally (anyone know) an AIM company does not need to get shareholder approval and are only required to notify "significant" holders (above 10%) of what they are doing. Although in this case RNS said I think they will seek shareholders views.
