there are 16 mln shares in issue,so each penny values the company at £160,000.

they have cash of about £60,000.so giving the company a valuation of £100,000 for the potential of vast revenues over a 3 year period is about right,imo,as i think its highly unlikely that this will happen.

it is a pure gamble now (as it has been for some months!),but at least now you know what you are getting.i bought at 1.5p this morning and will buy a lot at 1p if it goes down there.

it is also worth bearing in mind that mm owns @30% of the company,so if you ignore those shares,the valuation of the company at 1p is closer to £100,000 anyway.

its a sorry state,and the value of these shares is highly likely to be nothing.

but,there's always a but,especially with mm reinvigorated and ready to give it one last shot....
