Completely agree and something else that needs to be considered is the risk of confiscation should it ever hit the fan. Goverments, as history shows, are more than happy to confiscate bullion 'for the greater good' of the country. Seeing as the majority of the public will never hold bullion the democratic process will never be on the side of those that do. Bullionvault, ETF's etc are likely to be the first port of call to locate and freeze. In Thailand some years back I believe goverment representitives along with the police went knocking on doors in the more affluent areas.
I get the impression that the poster is simply pumping a site they are involved in, nothing wrong with that as such but the fact that the connection is not disclosed makes it stink imho.
