Notice :Sonera announced technically operational UMTS network in four Finnish cities today ;but its not commercially available because of no appropriate HANDSETS . Sonera think it will be commercially viable by 2004-2005 . So it works now but they do not plan to launch commercially for at least another two to three years . This is Nokia's stomping ground and I am sure there is nothing they would like better than Finland as the showground for Nokia 3g handsets ;so if Sonnera / Nokia cannot see a viable 3g handset/ network match for two years what hope for 3g in the rest of Europe ? It just keeps going back and back . I told you ---- Another dodgy revenue year for Blz is in prospect , with more extravagant claims of orders about to happen .
