The non-aggressive, non-confrontational SEG thread.
seggite - Mon, 31 Dec 01 :
Hi all, I just popped out for two pints of lager and a packet of crisps please and when I returned one of the SEG threads had been vapourised. I take it ADVFN MAN, Atomic fan was not best pleased with our pugilistic approach to investing.
So this is the peace and goodwill to all fellow gurus and know-alls thread. I won't tolerate anyone saying Virgil Tracy is harder than Andy McNab. Or that David Beckham has strings and is operated from Thunderbird Five. What I will say is that Brains put me onto SEG and said it's a surefire two bagger, you can't get a better endorsement than that.
Anyway, enough of the naff Thunderbird "funnies". I'm making one half of a penny (before dealing charges) on every SEG share I own after today's rise. And as it's the last day of the year I think we're all entitled to make a sensible / optimistic / totally wild and reckless forecast for the SEG share price in 2002. I'm going for a fraction under the psychological £1 mark for the end of Jan', £1.20 when the new consoles and huge advertising hit the ground come early summer and who knows by next Xmas. Could be back to a £1, more likely might be £1.40+. But it's the end of Jan' price that concerns me mostly because if I see a good rise, I'll sell a percentage of my holdings - greed has cost me in the past, I'm more easily pleased these days.
