The PNC Telecoms business has been sold. The facts are as simple as that. The business is no longer a subsidiary of this company. Pretending otherwise is deliberately misleading.
Your suggestion of a 5p share price is, once again, totally ludicrous. A 5p share price would mean a fully diluted equity market cap of £48m, there is absolultely nothing even remotely here that would faintly suggest that as a sensible price. The Sim4Travel business is a tinpot startup company operating in a low margin area, it's a late entrant to the business and there are no barriers of entry to stop other businesses starting up in competition and squeezing them. In that respect the economics of the business seem remarkably similar to Envesta Telecom which is now insolvent and suspended.
