The PNC Telecoms business has been sold so I'm not sure of the relevance of your comments. Personally I think that it is grotesquely misleading that the company continues to bear the name "PNC Telecom" when in fact it is no longer anything to do with the business "PNC Telecom" - www.pnctele.com

relating to your response above are not incorrect.
Sim4travels' product will integrate with PNC's products perfectly as they do have certain products, ie number translation facilities etc and cheap call facilities to foreign countries that will run alongside Sim4travel expanding their present package.

Provided that the deal goes ahead, it will be a nice addition to the portfolio.

Remembering that PNC is a re-birth, it has to start from scratch. To date, financially it is revenue earning and increasing month on month.

Regards to your comments I know nothing about Sim4travel, you are totally incorrect and knowing their products and likely market share etc does not constitute insider dealing. I work in the industry and am aware of the capabilities of this productt. Research is there for everybody. Pick up the phone, ask questions. The Sim4 guys are very experienced telco operators who have a product that will eventually generate considerable additional revenue for PNC and adds to their portfolio which will no doubt be expanded next year.It is only a small piece of the PNC jigsaw for the future, I hope they announce that the deal is still on.

GZ, where you got the exact figure from, I won't ask, however, there WILL be a considerable increase in the profits for the period encompassing the xmas period, this would be almost guaranteed in their particular area of expertise!!

If it is 300k plus, then the following months will aloso be increased as the additional usage will create new users who will continue to utilise PNC products.

Take on board Jaknifes comments, as they are, in some areas quite reasonable, it would be foolish to dismiss them. However, I personally would balance them against the intentions of the management who I know to have personal reasons to see PNC emerge triumphant from the ashes! If they can get these to 5p, any impact form the loan conversion notes etc, or offloading by those who got the shares cheap, will not cripple the share price. It is not a hidden piece of information and it is accepted by any investor that at some stage this will happen. I believe this to be priced in at this level.
