The share price/net asset value (NAV) per share is the total assets less total liabilities, divided by the number of shares in issue.
Did you forget the money in the bank? That must be an asset, would be in my bank account
Your statement about "money in the bank" is very silly, as Jaknife has used the shareholders funds figure from the balance sheet which will be the net of all assets and liabilities and obviously includes the cash!!
