The fully diluted NAV is easy to work out martincoops. Are you saying that you can't work it out?

The balance sheet is tiny, the turnover is tiny and the business as a whole is simply "tiny".
PNC is a tiny little squalid business whose shares are currently being ramped (some idiotic cretin of a broker has even suggested that they're worth 18p!) and coincidentally at the same time certain select people have the opportunity to buy shares direct from the company (via an embedded option in a convertible loan note) at a price of 0.1p and then dump them on the market at the current (manipulated) price that's over 10 times this figure.
