The recent trend seems quite clear - downwards. Personally I'd suggest that the share price is driven by the manipulation of the cold-calling brokers that are currently pumping this one out to the market. Has anybody else been called by them?

The bit that they're not telling clients is that PNC has a material number of dilutive instruments out there, this means that the company is currently issuing shares to a select bunch of people at 0.1p a share whilst they're being pumped out to the market at 10 times that price
