The question should be "Anyone know who has manipulated the price up to this artificially high level?".

The company is currently issuing shares to a select bunch of people at 0.1p a share via convertible loan notes. These shares are then coming onto the market and "coincidentally" at about the same time the stock is being heavily promoted (ie ramped).

If you know who has been heavily ramping this then let us know then we can try to work out who's responsible and how the investors that have been cheated can get their money back
