Dusseldorf, everyone who has invested in PNC is well aware of the loan conversion, they are also aware of the fraudulent actions of previous directors and the fall, rise and fall of the past.
Some are also aware that the present management team will make every effort to restore shareholder value. Of course they will cash in eventually, but NOT until shareholders will be able to sustain any fall that occurs. This in itself, if the company are performing well, will only be a blip that will soon be recovered.
