I always know when another person has lost the arguement since they resort to attacking the person instead of debating the arguement.
Regardless though, this does not change the fundamentals of the investment case for PNC Telecom, which until very recently was essentially insolvent. It currently has net assets of a mere £482k. When the acquisition is completed, and the debt for equity swap (at 0.1p per share) is concluded, then PNC Telecom will have net assets of circa £1.1m and the grand total of 960m shares in issue. This equates to an amount of 0.1p per share - a whopping 90% lower than the current price.
