Bigboyo (Post 20292) agreed, no partner announced yet for Renzapride but AZM did make provision for the cost of the first US PIII c-IBS Renzapride trial, in the Placing/Offer earlier this year; allocating 40% of the money raised for that purpose. In addition, RP stated in an e-mail* to Pijo (April 2005) that a deal for Renzapride was conditional upon obtaining a SPA (which they obtained during the late Summer 2005) pursuant of which they would hope to conclude a deal during 2006, so perhaps a deal could soon emerge.
