Alizyme plc announces that it has made a block listing application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
The application is for up to 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares may be issued upon exercise of options granted under Alizyme plc Share Option Schemes and shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
It is expected admission will become effective on 22 December 2005.
