Charlie (Post 20157) I also spoke to AZM earlier this week. They said they were continuing licensing talks while progressing the drugs. They also said they do not have cash for the next stages of Cetilistat or ATL-104. I checked the recent placing/offer document and this appears to be the case; there was unfortunately no provision for PIII Cetilistat of PIIB ATL-104. I am still none the wiser as to their deals strategy/timetable for COLAL-PRED, Renzapride, or Cetilistat, in terms of likely timing. If they intend to apply for a US SPA for the next stage of Cetilistat, it would be logical to wait until the FDA grant the SPA before concluding a deal (as with Renzapride) which would place it into Q3/Q4 2006 at the earliest. I suspect they may could soon return to the market to raise more cash, either to improve their negotiating position or give them the option to continue with the next stages of Cetilistat and ATL-104 themselves. I finished the conversation feeling rather depressed, as with all my conversations with the Company during 2005. This uncertainty is not what I was expecting at this stage.
