.Main thought is that Glaxo will continue with their relationship with Xenical -and with Roche.

The difference will be that it will eventually be with a "New Washes Whiter" Xenical, with Cetilistat as the active ingredient, not Orlistat. Roche have to have Cetilistat. The Xenical franchise is already heavily invested and will not be given up lightly.

Imagine the marketing impact of the "Xenical gets Better! No More Embarrassing Pant Changes!" strapline.... (or similar). For Roche, it's a no-brainer
