I agree with most of your post...not sure about £3-£5 sp range,although it does appeal.
It would appear from RP's statement, and especially as you say he has never previously so strongly indicated a deal is in the offing,that one must be close, for him to be so confident.
My money,as I have indicated before, is on a Takeda worldwide deal with AZM getting 15 to 20% royalties.
Whether another big pharma competes with Takeda is another thing,but that is the 'HOLY GRAIL'if that happens.
