I personally would welcome it as it is quite obvious that whether or not he is long or short his sole aim is a disrupt. He has already finished off one thread and has probably been the subject of at least 25% of these 20,000 posts.
I am sure between this thread, CEN and OXB there would be at least 100 premium subscribers who could petition ADVFN. A thread is the only way that I can see that happening. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that how we got rid of Ainsoph?
ADVFN have to make a real effort though and ban his credit card and IP address, not just his username.
In regards to a case against him, surely the fact that he posts at least 10 times as much as the average user is fact enough to ban him? Not to mention that every one is either a lie, a half truth or a blatant attempt to bait another user.
