I see the details of AstraZeneca deal earlier this week with Protherics on the PII results for CytoFab will give Protherics 20% royalties on net sales (better than on gross sales) plus a £16.3m upfront payment; and AstraZeneca will take a £7.5m equity stake in Protherics (giving them 4.3% of the company).
It just goes to show what AZM could get for Cetilistat and Renzapride, which are arguably worth more than CytoFab imo. Either way, AZM will be looking at 20% royalties on sales, plus sizeable upfront payments and maybe equity stakes.
