LONDON, June 1 (New Ratings) - Analyst Anne Critchlow of ING Financial Markets maintains her “hold” rating on Kingfisher (KFI1.ETR). The target price is set to 310.00p.


LONDON, May 28 (New Ratings) - Analysts Philip Mitchell of JP Morgan Securities maintains his "overweight" rating on Kingfisher (KFI1.ETR). The target price is set to 320p.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is expected to post like-for-like sales growth of 3.5% for the first quarter. The analysts expect a moderate increase in the company's UK sales on account of the contributions from new stores. JP Morgan Securities believes that Kingfisher's stock offers better growth prospects in the long term.





LONDON, May 11 (New Ratings) — Analyst Rod Whitehead of Deutsche Bank issues a "buy" rating on Kingfisher (KFI1.ETR). The target price is set to 330p.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that Kingfisher’s 1Q04 profits growth is likely to have been negatively impacted by adverse weather conditions. However, the company is progressing on track to post 12-15% annual EPS growth over the next four years, Deutsche Bank says. The EPS estimates for 2004 and 2005 have been reduced from 20.4p to 20.0p and from 23.6p to 23.2p, respectively.
