The most obvious reverse takeover-EVER

Over the festive spell I read two articles that bode well for powacycle.
The first report was about the escalating price paid for parking permits, where rises of 300% are on the cards in some places. It went on to say that in some areas parking is not allowed at all. Both these problems make owning a bike more desirable as a means of getting around and reducing costs.
The second article was about childhood obesity and ways of dealing with it. 1 in 4 children is now obese and the government is throwing money at the problem by giving councils a free hand in dealing with the problem. Some councils are giving parents money if their children cycle to school as opposed to using the school bus. Other councils are giving children free bikes. Either way, whether it is the high cost of running a car, or obesity or environmental issues, the cycle is seen as the solution and with an ageing population a powacycle will be the prefered option.
