THE FUTURE IS SUNNY::::::::THE FUTURE IS RSA !

I have been a holder for years, wife and brother work for RSA and I have used them for ALL my insurance needs. Just phoned More Than to remove a name from my car insurance to be told that there was a charge for this and that the risk would be increased. Was speaking to a help desk in India who told me they were not allowed to give out a UK number so that I could question this charge? Eventually found a number on the net only to have a guy complain about how understaffed they were.

Recently got a renewal letter from More Than regarding house insurance which was very expensive. I decided to shop arround and picked up a leaflet in the Post Office for their insurance which turned out to be half the price. Guess who the insurer was when I got the policy through - RSA!!!!

What the hell is happening at this company?

I am glad the sp is rising but I am sure it is not on the back of internal efficiency and competence!
