A belated Happy Christmas to all. No longer the owner of a PC it is only when I visit the local village that I log on. Yes, sunnier climes are now the norm and no hassel of traffic congestion, rip off taxes or high crime rates.
Back to EIC. Another disappointing year and I am afraid it is all down to the lack of business acumen and incompetence of the duo Timmins and Fowler.
How many more failed 'business ventures' are we going to see unfulfilled at our expence. Mobile phones, Horror Movies, music deals - all gone and at our cost.
It is indeed time for more enthusiastic and younger people to take the helm and steer EIC to the success it deserves. I fear that if there is no change then it will be game over.
The audacity of Timmins and Fowler to award themselves share options, they are somewhat large considering their past success are nothing more than a slap in the face for us investors. The two are just filling their own pockets.
There are few if any who can now say that they are in profit.
As LIGHTHOUSE has pointed out on several occasions, look back and add up the options that these two have awarded themselves and FOR WHAT!!!!!
I do feel that they are in bed with AB and as long as he has his 70+ millions of shares that we will be unable to change the way that any vote goes. Something is amiss. Why no reference to the Job Channel in the last announcement????? Job Channel is supposed to be the saviour of EIC yet there is no mention.
Timmins states that he saved EIC by bringing the company out of administration. Let us remember who put us there was the same Timmins.
Any profit for me now and I am out, I do not have any confidence with current management.
