The Board of Eicom today announces the immediate appointment of Mr Ben Keen as
director.
Ben Keen, aged 45, is Chief Analyst at leading media research consultancy Screen
Digest where he is responsible for leading all the company's research and
consultancy activities. With more than 20 years experience in media industry
research, he is an internationally respected authority on all aspects of
screen-based media, particularly digital and interactive media. Additionally,
since 1988 Ben has been retained as advisor to the government-industry liaison
organisation, the British Screen Advisory Council (BSAC).
In the past 5 years, Mr Keen holds or has held the following positions where he
was acting in the capacity of a director:

Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
