waz bently has bags of potential and has a sweet left foot and still only 19 so time for him to make it. imho.
thomas was rated at Arsenal but he didnt think he could force himself in the team so he left for charlton where he is doing very well.
in all it is very dificult to nurture talent through and allow them time to make mistakes in games. the way the top teams in PL are playing there is no room to make mistakes.
Wenger has played Cesc a lot more then he would wish to but there will be very few players such as rooney, ronaldo and CESC that can handle the presuure at such a young age.
still this year we have had to rely on yoof more then we would wish to.
clichy 19, CESC 17, flamini 20, that in a top team imho is too many yoof players. u dont see it at real, juve, milan, barca they very rarely have prodigious yoof getting games.
