Alizyme (AZM) should take off in 2005 imo. The timetable is as follows:
1) Next 3 months (now to March 2005):
a) Regulatory agreement to commence COLAL-PRED registration Phase III acute Ulcerative Colitis trial in EU (already have regulatory approval to commence PIII chronic trial).
b) FDA approval to commence Renzapride Phase III registration c-IBS trial in USA.
c) OUT-LICENSE Renzapride and COLAL-PRED.
2) 2005:
a) Results from Phase IIa ATL-104 mucositis patient trial.
b) Results from Phase IIb ATL-962 obese diabetic trial.
c) PARTNER ATL-962 (pre Phase IIb results).
3) 2006:
a) Results from Phase III Renzapride US trial.
b) Results from Phase III COLAL-PRED EU trial.
c) Submit Renzapride and COLAL-PRED for approval.
d) PARTNER ATL-962 (post Phase IIb results).
