The Faraj List of Exploding Stocks Part 3.04 (FAR3)

Didnt expect this thread to be so live on xmas eve, it seems we have more activity on a half day then the full days we have had in the past few weeks!

Probably a good indication everyones gagging about the new year!

Thanx everyone for your kind comments, its good to know everyone, well almost everyone has the postive xmas spirit!

Iv only been in the stock market for a year, iv learnt ALOT from EVERYONE, i wont mention names as i feel i have benefited from everyones comments, even the rampers and derampers, they are part of the market, they are reality, they are the norm, they are what makes the markets, full of emotions!

This game is about learning from mistakes, its not a bad thing to make mistakes as long as you can learn from them. This year as iv made about 150 trades iv spent almost 20% of my capital on commisions alone! 2004 hasnt been a bad year for me, i havent done my financial stuff but looking at the value of my pot, im either at breakeven or a slight loss.

I dont mind, considering how much iv learnt, i have come from nothing to learning how to pick winners, in a year, which imho aint bad, but still a long way to go...

Next year il expect my self to make good money from the game, i think the first year is the hardest year as you have to learn the game and try to avoid losses!

If i was in 2003 i probably would have been financially happy, but i wouldnt have learnt as much as i have, 2004 i think was a very good year to learn the stock market. It gave you the chance to learn and fight another day when you made a loss. It required one to have a plan to make money, you couldnt blindly buy any stock and expect to make money like you could in 2003.

Its unfortunate i cant trade short term, iv re-wrote this message quite a few times now...and i cant seem to make it "perfect", so iv decided im not going to say why i wont trade anymore, consider it personal, im just not comfortable telling everyone my business....

I will continue long term investing though. Its been fun, thanx to everyone for the exciting times iv had! I started the year off with insults and bad remarks from some posters, its nice to know that im ending the year with some positive comments from posters.
