Fingers the geocities free option has limited bandwidth that they offer to their users. So ever time someone visits this thread they are requesting for the chart you display from geocities. The more people that visit the thread the quicker your free allocated bandwidth runs out.
Therefore they say they have cut you off for an hour, but they usuually restore access to your chart in less than that.
Have not found any other good free sites like geocities yet that allow you to upload and link externally. Ohhh and geocities doesnt really allow it really anyways, people have just found a way around it by replacing the dot jpeg with dot txt! :)
