Thanks for your comments, they are appreciated, and they keep me going.

As I have mentioned on previous occasions, last year was a 'crash course learning curve', and although I have been 'dabbling' with trades and building up my portfolio, the emphasis has been on 'learning', and I would like to thank everyone for helping me throughout last year, because I now believe I'm just beginning to understand the 'basics'.

As promised, Mrs Fingers has now increased my allowance to a 'tenner' a week, so this year, the emphasis will be more on 'trading', and hopefully my funds will last a couple of months.

I have no doubt that this thread will continue to grow in popularity, as 'word' continues to spread, and as long as the same format can continue, it will go from strength to strength. The number of addicts are growing, which was shown by the number of posts on Xmas day, and although I managed to refrain from adding any posts, I was still monitoring throughout.

There is a good 'family atmosphere' to the thread at the moment, and I share your concerns that it could deteriorate, as the number of posters increases, I hope it doesn't, because there is a wealth of information to be found on this thread which everyone can benefit from.

The requests for analysis is growing daily, and its becoming impossible to keep up with the replies, which is the reason that I started the 'price guide' thread, which I thought could be used as a general reference in the background, such as the 'BUCK' threads. I would like to emphasise 'MUM's statement again, that 'we share our thoughts, and are not professional advisors'.

I am very grateful for the positive feedback that I have received from my posts, but I can't say it enough .. I am still a novice, with less than 4 yrs experience of the stock market, and I am definately no expert, and this must be remembered when reading any of my thoughts.

Sorry, I'm 'rabitting' again .. If the FAR3 thread continues as last year, then I'm sure that everyone will have a very prosperous 2004, and looking at the counter already, the 'half million target' will be easily achieved !!
