MEL AWARD: I'm sure MEL has achieved a lot in his life - but I think he can be particularly proud of having started the FAR threads. In doing so he's created a community of friends who evidently all enjoy each other's company. Dropping in here is a daily pleasure. So if anyone deserves a place on the New Year's Honours List it should be MEL - and here's an OBE for him from us all.
Who knows? - perhaps contributing here under one of the many arcane nom-de-plumes might be Her Madge herself!
