In 2005 one of my goals was to trade less, i did that [not including spreadbets - as no commision on those] my broker trading pretty much halved.
I intend to do the same this year, one of the problems i had in 05 was broker not filling orders or unable to liquidate when i wanted in bulk hence i had to do trades a few times. Thats another reason im not punting in small caps as much in 06.
I mite write a diary this year too about my trading, month by month. Lets see.
I wonder if our landlord does the same, its quite interesting how he summed 05 up when he started the FAR5 thread and described some of the posts without directing it at anyone specific. Mel is very astute, he never got involved in any of the arguements or any of that, kept it simple few word answers and thats it.
